We believe the best way for you to see the quality of our products is to order a sample. We try to maintain samples of most of our products so you can get an example of the actual product you will be receiving. However, on occasion we will be out of samples of some items. A sales person will inform you if samples are not available at the time of order or contact you in response to an online order.

We are pleased to offer Samples for a minimal charge per sample for your convenience. We ship most samples via US Mail with a normal delivery of 1-5 business days. Alternatively, we can overnight samples for a fee if your project is urgent. Shipments to our customers in Canada will incur additional charges in order to insure prompt delivery. Sample Size
Samples are not sold in full pieces. A typical sample of a hardwood flooring product is the full width of the product and 4-6 inches in length. A cork tile, cork plank or linoleum sample is a 6 x 6 inch square.

Product Color Variation
Samples and web images  are not directly representative of an exact product color. Products of nature will always contain some level of natural color variation.  We strive to correctly represent our products on the website with the best of our abilities. We understand that color is important to most of our customers, and that products can and will appear differently to different people under many circumstances including lighting and existing room colors, along with the products natural color variation.  We strongly suggest that if color is a very important aspect of your project, that you order a 1-3 carton amount and lay it out in the rooms to be installed. This is the best method to ensure the product color meets your expectations.
